Olumia Life’s mission is to help users follow their physicians’ advice about the most beneficial lifestyle habits.
We would like our Service to be a handy tool that you can use to stay on course through life’s ups and downs. We
will ask you some simple questions and it is important that these are completed accurately, since they allow the
Olumia Life program to get to know you and provide relevant guidance for your circumstances.

fitness, diet, nutrition, sleep, and weight loss/gain).
You are under no obligation to provide Personal Information; however, not providing this information may
prevent you from creating an account and most effectively using certain features of the Service.
Usage Information. “Usage Information” includes information collected by our web server (which may be hosted
by a third-party) whenever you visit or use our Service, such as your IP address or browser type, domain
server, and Traffic Data, Mobile Device Data, and information collected using Cookies, web beacons, and by

Traffic Data. Olumia Life automatically gathers information of the sort that browsers make available,
including your IP address; domain server; type of computer/device and operating system version; web
browser type; browsing activities (e.g., information about the websites that you visit before or
after visiting the Service); and other information regarding your use of the Service (collectively,
Cookies. The Service may also use "cookies" and other technologies to recognize users, customize
their experience or serve advertisements. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on a
customize your experience on the Service to your interests, to ensure that you do not see the same

deliver or communicate with Cookies, to track the online activity of users and generally understand
usage patterns, and to count users who have visited certain pages.
Mobile Device Data. When you download, install and/or use the Service on your mobile phone or other
device, Olumia Life automatically gathers certain information including, without limitation, your
carrier provider, your device identifier (i.e., a string of alphanumeric characters that is similar
to a serial number and is used to uniquely identify and distinguish your device), geo-location
information (if allowed by you), and the type of mobile device and web browser accessing the Service
(collectively, "Mobile Device Data"). Location services can be enabled or disabled at any time,
through your device settings.
Ad Serving and Usage Analytics. Olumia Life may use third-parties for advertising and usage analytics
for the Service. These third-parties may place cookies on your computer or other device; use web
beacons; and gather Personal Information, Traffic Data and Mobile Device Data and other data,
including traffic and activity data, in order to deliver relevant metrics, content, and advertising.
We do not share your non-public Personal Information with these parties, but we may share anonymized
or aggregated information with them to improve the relevancy of the ads you see. The collection of
this information by third-parties is subject to such third-parties’ privacy policies. The privacy
policies and practices of these third parties may differ from those of Olumia Life. With regards to

Third Party Service. If you create an account using your login information from a third party
service, such as Facebook, Olumia Life will use your login information to access and collect the
information that your privacy settings on that third party service permits Olumia Life to access so that
Olumia Life can create your account, connect you with your friends, and provide the Service to you.
Information you Make Public. The Service contains features that permit you to upload, post, transmit,
display, perform or distribute content, information or other data, including your Personal Information. Any
content, information or other data that you choose to upload, post, transmit, display, perform, distribute
or otherwise provide by means of such features becomes public information and may be available and
accessible to other users of the Service. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any
information, including your Personal Information, by means of such features, and you agree to assume all
responsibility for doing so.
INFORMATION USE AND DISCLOSURE PRACTICES. We may use Personal Information and Usage Information for the

Disclosure of Personal Information & Usage Information in Connection with the Service. Olumia Life
discloses Personal Information and Usage Information to those who help it provide the Service,
including those who perform technical, administrative and data processing tasks such as hosting,
billing, and data storage and security. Olumia Life also discloses such information to consultants and
other third parties who provide other Services to or on behalf of Olumia Life, including the sending of
communications, advertising and promotions, and customer support. Olumia Life may also disclose your
Personal Information to advertisers and other third parties if you have indicated an interest in the
types of product or services offered by such advertisers or third parties.
Disclosure of Demographic & Health Data. Olumia Life may disclose Demographic & Health Data to third
parties in anonymous form and/or in the aggregate, for industry/statistical analysis, research,
demographic profiling and other similar purposes. Olumia Life may also share Demographic & Health Data,
in anonymous form and in the aggregate (using various levels of aggregation), with other Olumia Life
users so that you and other users can compare your own personal fitness, health and wellness
situation to others in the Olumia Life community. In addition, Olumia Life shares anonymized Demographic &
Health Data with its advertisers and marketing and business associates so that such third-parties
may provide you with advertisements tailored to you.
Use. Olumia Life analyzes Usage Information to help it run and maintain the Service; learn about usage
and traffic patterns and who is using the Service; and to improve and customize the Service. By
identifying patterns and trends in usage, Olumia Life is able to better design the Service to improve
your experience, and to serve you more relevant and interesting content and advertisements.
Disclosure. Olumia Life may disclose Usage Information in the aggregate, such as by publishing a report
on trends in the usage of the Service (e.g., by subsets of the total users or past users). In
addition, Olumia Life may share Usage Information with: (1) third-party analytics companies so that such
third-parties may help Olumia Life better understand who is using the Service and how they are using the
Service; (2) advertisers and marketing partners; and (3) service providers.
Other Use/Disclosure Practices.
Sponsors. If your employer, healthcare provider or another third party pays for your subscription to
the service (each such employer, healthcare provider or other third party may be referred to as a
“Sponsor”), we may disclose your Personal Information and/or Usage Information to such Sponsor.
By Law or to Protect Rights. Olumia Life also reserves the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose
any information as Olumia Life reasonably believes is necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law,
investigation of potential violations hereof, (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud,
security or technical issues, (iv) respond to support requests, or (v) protect the rights, property
or safety of Olumia Life, its members and others.
Business Transfers. We may disclose Personal Information and Usage Information to affiliated
companies, our parent company and sister companies. Olumia Life reserves the right to transfer all
Personal Information and Usage Information in its possession to a successor organization in the
event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy or other sale of all or a portion of Olumia Life’s assets.
DO NOT TRACK. Olumia Life does not currently respond to “do not track” signals.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS FROM OLUMIA LIFE
You may receive periodic email communications from Olumia Life regarding the Service, such as new product
offers and other information regarding the Service. You may also receive periodic promotions and other
offers or materials Olumia Life believes might be of interest to you. You can opt-out of receiving certain
messages from us by (a) following the unsubscribe instructions contained in each message; or (b)
changing the messaging preferences in your account. You may not opt-out of receiving certain
communications, such as those related to your subscription for our Service.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS FROM MEMBERS
By finding and connecting with your friends and other members, you may receive electronic communications
(including email and personal messages) from other Olumia Life members. You may be able to manage the
messages you receive via the Service from other users by changing the messaging preferences in your

Information transmitted on the Internet and/or stored on systems attached to the Internet is not 100%
secure. No security measures are perfect or impenetrable and no method of data transmission can be
guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. As a result, we do not ensure, warrant or
guarantee the security or integrity of such information. We will not be responsible for disclosure of
any information due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties.
You help to maintain the security of your Personal Information stored in our systems by keeping your
username and password confidential and protecting against unauthorized access to your password and to

Olumia Life may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for other legitimate business

Website/Application, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of that

The Service is intended for a general audience. Olumia Life does not solicit or knowingly collect personally
identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If Olumia Life becomes aware obtains actual
knowledge that it has collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13,
Olumia Life will promptly delete such information from its database.
If you are located outside the United States and choose to use the Service and provide any information
to Olumia Life, your information will be transferred to the United States and processed there (or any other
country where Olumia Life operates). By providing your information and using the Service, you agree and
